WHO WE ARE
Scol di Arte is all about inspiring creativity in both youth and adults through workshops, camps, and community events. They want everyone to experience the joy and power of the arts.
Their 2025 program includes activities like Proyecto Ban Crea for kids, Arte Activo Camp during school breaks, and Excursion di Arte 60+ for seniors. From painting and mosaics to fashion shows and carnival pop-ups, they offer something creative for every age.
WHAT WE DO
Ban Crea; Intro to art
A creative project aimed at introducing children aged 4-11 years to different forms of art, using various types of materials and techniques.
Excursion di Arte
Organized cultural outings introducing seniors aged 60+ to art, local artists, museums, and cultural venues, with the aim of reducing (potential) social isolation through shared cultural experiences.
Les di Pintamento
Practical painting classes for adults focused on developing painting techniques and exploring a variety of painting materials.
Workshop Traha Cadena
Hands-on sessions for 60+ focused on creating necklaces using different materials.
Expo Foyer
Local artists of all ages are given the opportunity to exhibit their work for a one-month period on the foyer walls of Scol di Arte.
Arte Activo Camp: Musica & Musica Produccion
Art camps where children and youth connect and learn through music: ages 6–12 focus on music exploration, while ages 12+ focus on music production.
Celebracion Dia di Mucha
A celebration of Children’s Day featuring a variety of art activities for children aged 4 and up.
At the start of Let’s Act, a range of short-term art and cultural projects were implemented, including creative workshops, family-focused activities, public information initiatives, youth art programs, and seasonal showcases such as recitals, fashion shows, and carnival- and holiday-themed events.
WHO WE SERVE
Scol di Arte Aruba’s target group are both children/youth and adults, with an interest in arts and culture, with a strong focus on emerging creatives who have limited access to formal arts education. Through the Let’s ACT program, the organization reaches diverse community-based participants, using accessible art education to support creative development, self-expression, and social inclusion.
