This hands-on workshop, facilitated by Makhicia Brooks (Managing Director, SMDF), supported NGO staff and board members involved in Let’s ACT projects to strengthen their project planning and implementation skills.

 

Using their own Let’s ACT projects as real-life cases, participants learned how to clarify objectives, structure activities, build realistic timelines, assign responsibilities, and anticipate risks and constraints.

 

The session also focused on improving coordination and communication within project teams, so that NGOs could execute their projects more efficiently and deliver stronger impact in the community.
